Since 1914, the North Florida Region of the American Red Cross has helped countless people throughout our eight county area – your neighbors, your friends & your family. Whether it’s with lifesaving training, emergency preparedness and/or help with immediate needs following a disaster, the Red Cross is here waiting to lend a helping hand to make a stronger, safer community. The Northeast Florida Chapter of the American Red Cross has an internship opening.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with Marketing/Communication plans and implementation
• Conduct research and interviews to produce written material for the purpose of updating social media outlets, chapter website and to help with newsletters and email marketing
• Gather visual records of chapter events and people to use for marketing and promotional packages
• Assist with social and traditional media monitoring, tacking and updating
