  • Restructuring and execution of Dreams Come True’s 2014 Marketing/Public Relations plan.
  • Execution of story ideas and marketing points for Dreams Come True’s inaugural Dream Day Campaign and Celebration.
  • Planning and coordinating third party fundraising events and Dreams Come True special events. This may include taking full ownership in communicating and coordinating with at least one third party event group.
  • Development and execution of media communications; this includes: press releases, media advisories, media packets, inviting and greeting media to exclusive media-only dream parties/announcements.
  • Updating Dreams Come True’s web site, Face book, and other social media sites, in addition, help with kicking off Dreams Come True’s Twitter page.
  • Communications between Dreams Come True and its volunteers. includes coordinating volunteers for upcoming special events.
  • Communications  and event planning for Dreams Come True’s young professionals group, The Horizon Board.
  • Planning and scheduling of public speaking engagements at different civic group meetings and other public events.
  • Accompany community relations manager to the following locations/meetings for networking and skill development- as available:
    • Television stations
    • Radio stations
    • Print publications
    • Florida Public Relations Association meetings/networking events
    • Toastmaster meetings
    • Third party and Dreams Come True special event meetings
