The Tebow Group, formerly known as Missio Creative Agency, is a branding and production company in Jacksonville, Florida with a called and equipped team that captures their clients’ missions. The team has dedicated itself to telling online stories with purpose, quality and excellence. The Tebow Group includes cinematographers, photographers, editors, graphic designers, brand builders, and digital marketing experts.

The ideal candidate for this internship with The Tebow Group is someone who wants to join a fast-growing team that works for both the Tim Tebow Foundation (TTF) and clients/partners that align with Tim Tebow’s platforms. This candidate will apply his or her digital marketing capabilities to help TTF and other clients grow through reaching goals and gaining online attention.

Duties include:

Content Development and Creation —

• Brainstorm with the team to conceptualize and direct content for digital platforms.
• Learn stories and find content opportunities that exist within the database of video footage, blogs and photos.
• Provide creative inspiration, feedback and insight to the creative team within our project management system.
• Assist with copywriting for social media captions, newsletter content and blogs.
• Develop content calendars for clients and ensure all areas of focus are addressed.

Digital Marketing —

• Assist with digital marketing campaigns that build awareness and bring value to the audience, and ultimately result in sales and more followers.
• Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used.
• Ensure that the brand message is consistent.
• Mine Google Analytics and social media accounts for information and insights to improve overall brand performance.

Ideal Skillset —

• Familiar with social media, Mailchimp and Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated and goal oriented
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Team player
