Children’s Miracle Network

Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals began in 1983 to help children by actively supporting better health care for kids. Today more than 170 hospitals worldwide, including local hospitals such as UF Health and Wolfson specializing in treating children, make up Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. The organization is unique in that 100 percent of the money raised locally goes directly to the participating Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals which help children in the local community.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft press releases and story pitches to local media
  • Work with Miracle Families to create meaningful stories to be shared with community partners
  • Prepare articles and update website to reflect current CMN Hospitals initiatives
  • Craft targeted messages for Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
  • Evaluate current social media plan and determine new outreach outlets
  • Prepare campaign materials for major partners
