Welch Team, a distinguished Keller Williams Mega-Agent office, specializes in guiding clients through seamless property transactions in Northeast Florida. Our adept real estate agents possess in-depth local market knowledge, offering excellent communication and comprehensive support. Whether buying or selling, we manage all details to ensure the best possible value.

Who are we looking for?
The Marketing Intern will continue to build Welch Team brand through social media marketing and other
avenues of branding growth. This enthusiastic, self-starting person with a passion for marketing is
responsible for growing brand awareness, increasing marketing content and staying on top of marketing
trends and helping implement in the business.

This individual will help build brand awareness and engagement through social media platforms. They will
collaborate with Welch Team members, stay current with real estate market conditions & data, and other
marketing trends to promote new listings. The Marketing Intern will possess a high level of personal
accountability, commitment to working in a collaborative environment as well as demonstrate the ability to operate independently and initiative without continuous supervision.

The Marketing Intern’s activities directly affect the bottom line, and as such they are deeply committed to the team achieving greater and greater levels of success, as well as to growing their own skills and developing into a leader within the team.

What will you do?

  • Help with scheduling and posting content on social media
  • Engage and interact with with community on social media
  • Help Optimize and build a social presence across platforms, such as; Facebook, TikTok, IG, YouTube,
    LinkedIn, Twitter
  • Leverage market data and AI to create and post blogs on company website
  • Maintain & Update proper Links on our blog and website
  • Enhance website content with SEO strategies
  • Adding reviews to our social pages
  • Keep track of current social media trends and our audience interests
  • Analyze and report Social Media Analytics
  • Help track and manage Ad spend
  • Help track and manage incoming leads in CRM
  • Analyze and report Ad performance
  • Identify ways to improve the company’s marketing efforts
  • Additional community development and marketing activities as needed

Requirements

  • Pursuing bachelor’s degree
  • Skilled in Canva
  • Experience working with YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn
  • Experience with scheduling platforms (Canva, Hootsuite)

Hours: At least 3 days per week: hours are flexible around school/work commitments.

Details: Unpaid, must be taken for school credit
