The Florida Local Team, Keller Williams Realty Atlantic Partners, is a real estate team servicing Northeast Florida. We help clients list and purchase homes and properties from Amelia Island, Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Palm Coast and everywhere in between.

The Florida Local Team is looking for an advertising intern to:

• Work alongside the Director of Operations to create and schedule social media posts.
• Take creative initiative to boost our social media brand to the next level.
• Create content/graphics in Canva for online and print marketing.
• Create video content (reels) for cross posting on social media platforms.
• Engage and interact with the community on social media.
• Help optimize and build a social presence on YouTube.
• Maintain and update proper links on website, social media, etc.
• Respond to reviews and create social media posts with review.
• Keep track of current social media trends and our audience interests.
• Analyze post performance, insights and suggest growth strategies and research industry trends.
• Prepare bi-weekly analytics and insights pertaining to online brand strategy and present to site supervisor.
