Down Syndrome Association of Jacksonville

The Down Syndrome Association of Jacksonville (DSAJ) is a non-profit organization committed to helping people with Down syndrome achieve their full potential and to creating a community that is educated, supportive and inclusive of individuals with Down syndrome. We envision a community where all people with Down syndrome are actively included, given opportunities to participate and contribute as valued citizens, and have the choices to create their own paths to fulfillment and success.

The Down Syndrome Association of Jacksonville is seeking an intern to help with the following duties:

• Create and implement marketing materials for upcoming events, socials, and development needs
• Furnish team with social media analytic reports
• Create strategic marketing plan for the marquee event, the Buddy Walk
• Coordinate and manage volunteers for the DSAJ events, workshops, and socials.
• Assist on updates to the CRM system to ensure proper communication with donors, families, and community
• Increase awareness of the affiliates goals and the mission it serves, to as wide of an audience as possible
• Coordinate the existing fundraising efforts while exploring new approaches to generate support for the affiliate.
