Application forms for Pre-Approved and NON Pre-Approved internships
Below are the most recent application forms for the senior internship program. The Pre-Approved Application A is to be used for pre-approved sites and supervisors listed on this website. The second application is for NON Pre-Approved sites and supervisors. This application must be used for organizations who are not listed on this website and who do not have pre-authorization status.
If you are planning are completing a totally remote internship or interning for a Home-Based Remote internship, you need to contact the School of Communication at commstu1@unf.edu to obtain those application forms.
