EXIT 1 Stop Realty is a locally owned company filled with local real estate experts who are committed to the communities and people of Northeast Florida. We use our local expertise to bring a portfolio of services that anticipate and satisfy our customers’ needs and desires in all areas of real estate. Our office runs a full marketing department which serves to promote the brand, as well as aid and facilitate the more than 60 real estate sales associates who hang their license at the company. We are devoted to developing more meaningful lifestyles in and around the First Coast and do this through nurturing a network of real estate professionals, customers, and business partners who are united around this goal.
Internship responsibilities include:
• Assist marketing team with agent one on one marketing consultations
• Assist marketing team with marketing campaigns for listings
• Assist marketing team with social media ads
• Assist marketing team with video content creation and publication
• Assist marketing team with company blog Top of the Coast
• Assist marketing team with email marketing campaigns
• Assist marketing team with event marketing
• Assist marketing team with on demand projects in print or web
• Brainstorm with team for new activities, events, and other classes to engage agents and community
• Assist marketing team with to work with multiple mediums to communicate messages from brokerage to public
• Assist marketing team teaching agents how to communicate their business messages to public
• Attend weekly meetings with office admin team
• Assist marketing team with Google search ads
• Assist marketing team with monthly marketing training courses
• Interns will be exposed to multiple sales associates for further training on sales techniques, negotiation, and marketing skills
Interns are required to have a drug screening, background check and professional liability insurance coverage.
