Ronald McDonald House

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Jacksonville supports the health and well-being of children by providing lodging and other services of critically ill, chronically ill and seriously injured children and families. RMHC of Jacksonville provides lodging, transportation, and compassionate support from our dedicated staff to over 1,200 families each year that must travel to Jacksonville for premier pediatric medical care. Outside of the walls of our House, RMHC of Jacksonville also serves over 25,000 visitors from greater Northeast Florida at the Ronald McDonald House Family Room at Wolfson Children’s Hospital. Our mission is sustained through the generosity and outreach of local individuals, foundations and corporations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for Development and Marketing team
  • organize special event and donor files
  • proofread and edit correspondence
  • manage mailing and distribution lists
  • create social media/event graphics and presentations utilizing Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office and Canva.
• Assist our event planner with the final planning and execution of events, including McGala, our largest annual fundraiser.
• Update social media pages with relevant and interesting posts that raise awareness and promote the mission of RMHC of Jacksonville
• Manage photo inventory and seek photo opportunities that tell family, volunteer, staff and/or donor stories
• Compile and organize media and publication records
